Among the finest traditional dishes we can offer Vitello Tonnato, old traditional way (no mayonnaise), the traditional Plin and agnolotti, barbera risotto, pot roast, hazelnut cake and Moscato eggnog.
In autumn it is possible to book the great Piedmontese classics dishes such as white Alba truffles, Bagna Càuda (the most iconic regional dish) and Finanziera.
Among the typical products of Piedmontese gastronomy that you can taste in our restaurant, you will certainly find the cheeses. Just a few: Castelmagno DOP, Raschera DOP, and Toma Piemontese DOP; as well as the Robiola di Roccaverano DOP, the Blu di Loazzolo DOP.
In additional to dairy products we can paired salame cotto, salame crudo, coppa or fresh sausage of our area.
